bbq beef kebabs

ingredients
 
  375 g (12 oz) lean beef steak, cut into cubes.
2 x 5ml (2 tbsp) of quick barbeque marinade.
1 red onion, cut into chunks, the same size as the steak.1 red pepper, cut into chunks, the same size as the steak.1 courgette, cut into chunks, the same size as the steak.

For a stronger flavour, marinade for a longer time. Brush left over marinade over the kebabs before cooking.

method

4 wooden or metal skewers, if using wooden skewers,
soak in water before use.

Marinade the beef cubes for 5 minutes.

Thread the beef cubes and the vegetables onto the skewers.

Cook over a hot barbeque, turning until all sides are cooked.

Alternatively cook under a pre-heated grill.

Serve with a mixed salad and crusty bread.
