4 wooden or metal skewers, if using wooden skewers,
soak in water before use.
Marinade the beef cubes for 5 minutes.
Thread the beef cubes and the vegetables onto the skewers.
Cook over a hot barbeque, turning until all sides are cooked.
Alternatively cook under a pre-heated grill.
Serve with a mixed salad and crusty bread.
